Exporting the same signal again in the same billing month does not count twice. Allowances reset at the start of each billing month.

Monthly cost vs. buying leads one at a time
Starter costs $79 a month for every signal in one city. Pay-per-lead services publish prices of about $55 to $180 per HVAC lead or call, so a month of Starter costs less than many single purchased leads, which are mostly for residential work.
A pay-per-lead service sends you an inbound call. HVACLookout shows you the public records behind commercial work, and you can run both side by side.

FAQ
Is there a free trial?
No. With a free account, you can see the five newest signals in any covered city before you pay, with owner names masked. To see every signal in a city, choose a plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then stops renewing.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription fees are not refundable, including for partial months or unused allowances.
What does annual billing cost?
Annual billing costs six times the monthly price, so you save 50%. It is billed upfront for the year: $474 for Starter, $1,794 for Pro and $4,194 for Team.
When do my allowances reset?
At the start of each billing month, including on annual plans. Unused exports and contact lookups do not carry over.
What counts as an export?
Each signal in a CSV file counts once per billing month. Exporting the same signal again in that month is free, and there is no limit on how many rows one file can hold.
Can I add a city later?
Yes. Add cities or move to a larger plan from your account. If you need more cities than your plan includes, the next plan up covers them.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your account becomes past due. You can still view your records, but exports and contact lookups pause until the payment goes through.
How accurate is the data?
Every signal links to the public record it came from and shows when we last checked it. Public records can be late or incomplete, so check the original record before you bid.
